Britons, Romans and how Loch Lomond got its name

This episode is a bit of a long one with a fair bit packed in. It delves further into the iron age identity of the people of the Loch Lomond area and explores their potential relationships with neighbouring tribes and the invading Romans.

We'll also investigate the original name of Loch Lomond, how it may link with an ancient name for the Firth of Clyde, and how it may be nothing to do with the meaning behind the name that you will find related in most places online.

I've also got an email address you can get in touch on, it's eastlochlomondhistory1@gmail.com, and it would be great to get feedback, critical comment, and any thoughts or potential additions to the known history and suggestions being put forward in this podcast.
